Book a seat on a public cohort.

Open-enrolment workshops run in mixed-industry rooms — which is half the value. Individual professionals and small teams can register directly. Every one of these is also available as an in-house programme for your organisation alone.

All cohorts run at Voilà Bagatelle. Fees are per participant and exclude VAT. Every cohort carries an early-bird rate that closes two weeks before it starts — the deadline is shown against each. Cohorts are capped; early registration is advised.

Our services

Three practices, one method.

Most engagements begin in one practice and grow into another — a diagnostic uncovers a capability gap, the workshop that follows needs the culture behind it to shift, and the people leading that shift need support of their own.

01

Corporate Workshops

Why Go Wide

What sets us apart.

We don't deliver off-the-shelf content. Every engagement begins with a thorough needs assessment and ends with a measurable impact review. Go Wide stands at the intersection of leadership, management and customer experience.

Bespoke design

Programmes built around your objectives — not recycled slides or generic frameworks.

Senior facilitators

Industry veterans facilitating every session personally. Never a junior associate running someone else's deck.

Bilingual delivery

English and French delivered fluently across all programmes and consulting engagements.

Impact measurement

Pre- and post-programme assessments tied directly to your business KPIs, so the change is visible.

Sector expertise

Deep hospitality and corporate experience — practitioner knowledge, not generalist theory from the classroom.

Flexible formats

In-person, hybrid and fully on-site delivery, fitted to your context and your calendar.

How an engagement runs

Four stages, in this order, every time.

The sequence matters more than the content. A workshop dropped into an organisation that hasn't been diagnosed is a good day out and nothing more.

Stage 01

Needs assessment

Interviews with the sponsor and a slice of the team, a look at how the work actually happens, and agreement on what would count as a change worth paying for.

Stage 02

Design

Modules, run-of-show and scenarios written against your findings, in your language — plus the MQA and HRDC paperwork where the programme takes that route.

Stage 03

Delivery

Facilitated in small working groups on your own cases. Participants argue with each other about real situations rather than watching slides.

Stage 04

Impact review

Post-programme assessment against the baseline, group commitments and the protocols that hold them — plus support for the managers who have to enforce them.

Accreditation & funding

What it actually costs a Mauritian employer.

Training in Mauritius carries a funding route most buyers underuse. We handle the paperwork side of it as part of the engagement.

MQA registration
Programmes are submitted to the Mauritius Qualifications Authority as non-award courses through a registered training institution, which is what opens the refund route. Approval status varies by programme — we'll confirm where yours stands before you commit.
HRDC refund
Mauritian employers contributing to the training levy can claim a refund on approved training. We provide the documentation your HR team needs to file the claim.
Open workshop fees
Per participant, excluding VAT, with an early-bird rate on every cohort that closes two weeks before it starts. The Art of Negotiation Rs 28,500 early / Rs 32,500 standard · The Art of Meaningful Conversation Rs 23,500 / Rs 28,500 · Finishing School & Soft Skills Rs 7,900 / Rs 9,000. In-house programmes are quoted per engagement.
How we work

Small working groups, real cases, and an argument worth having rather than a lecture worth sitting through.

The method holds across every format and every practice. Scenarios come from the participants' own week, not a textbook. Sessions run in English or French, on client sites, at hotel venues and at Charles Telfair Institute.

Programmes have been delivered for teams drawn from across group structures — most recently a 25-participant customer experience workshop for colleagues from several Eclosia companies, run as five working groups.

Choose the length that suits the conversation and pick a time from our live calendar. You can meet by video, by phone, or we come to your offices — you choose when you book.

1 hour

Consultation

A first conversation to understand what you are facing — the context, what is at stake, and what an engagement could realistically change. No obligation.

2 hours

Working session

A session on one defined subject: a diagnostic, scoping a programme for your teams, or preparing for a negotiation that matters.

Half day

On-site intervention

Four hours at your premises: a workshop, a diagnostic on the floor, or working alongside a team that needs to shift how it operates.

Requested rather than booked. We agree the scope and the fee with you before the date is held.
